MLB Players STEM League - Season 5 In Review
In honor of the MLB Players STEM League concluding its 5th season this month, the Players Trust would like to celebrate the accomplishments of our amazing 2026 STEM Leaguers from around the world.
This season's STEM League program reached 52,217 students, trained 876 educators and extended to eight different countries: the United States, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and the Dominican Republic. The STEM League experienced substantial growth during 2025-2026, with student participation increasing by 69.2% and educator participation increasing by 34.6%!
This season, the STEM League also created more opportunities for students to connect with players and experience baseball in new ways. Along with four STEM League champions meeting MLB All-Stars during All-Star Week, students who participated in the 2026 Global Tournament had the opportunity to meet Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa. Students who participated in the 2026 Philadelphia Regional Tournament met Philadelphia Phillies left fielder, Brandon Marsh.
The Players Trust is honored to inspire students around the world to practice their mathematical skills while growing their love for baseball. Thank you to everyone who made this 2026 season a success and helped us grow.
